Aegir is a handsome White-tailed deer who is a bit of a show-off. He knows he is good looking, and every once in awhile strikes a pose to show off his fine coat and his nicely trimmed hooves. However, while he may be a bit of a show-off he is far from conceded. He simply enjoys being silly, and making the ladies laugh. He also enjoys flirting and always manages to get a a lady or two interested in him by the end of the night. Surprisingly though, Aegir simply treats them to a lovely romantic dinner and sends them home. He may seem like a player on the outside, but on the inside he's a complete gentleman who would never hurt or take advantage of a lovely lady. There are several males that dislike him due to believing he IS a player, that just has extremely amazing tactics, but that is not the case. Aegir tries his best to ignore the teasing and banter he gets from other males, for how nice he is to the ladies. He really dislikes the other males, that just believe females are for breeding and worth nothing. He hates that belief and will forever stand against it. He believes females as equal, if not even more intelligent than males.
Aegir's father doesn't agree with his son's believes and casts him off just as the other bucks do. Aegir is very conflicted because of this, since it is bore into sons to look up to their fathers and make them proud. His mother on the other hand loves Aegir with all her heart and always is proud of him and his open-mind. She is so very happy to have such a loving and caring son, she has no idea where all his charm came from. She is constantly defending him when his father says rude things about him, and she will forever support Aegir. She does wish Aegir would settle down one day, find a nice doe, and have a baby together. Until then, she will watch from afar as her son makes a definite mark on the world.
